Cars are prone to corrosion. Older unkempt vehicles tend to form more rusts than well maintained ones. And when these rusts are untreated, overtime they eat the metal and generate unsightly holes. Then take the smaller fiberglass matte and place it over the release film with the jelly. Spread more fix jelly to the smaller fiberglass matte then place the larger cloth on it.
Step 7: Then place the whole fix material over the rust hole, production sure that the film is facing outward. With the use of a spreader, plane it out over the rust hole in an outward motion. effect the shape of the car body and make sure that you take off all the bubbles.
Step 8: Let the fix material cure overnight. And then the following day, take off the release film. Check if the fix material is fully set. Then sand the repaired area using an electric drill and sanding disc. Unblemished the fix and sanding using a block sander.
Step 9: If there are low spots, fill them with the filler material. Once the filler dries, file and plane it out with 80-grit sandpaper.
